Get Licensed. Get Trained. Get Successful!

I'm Not Just a Teacher — I'm Still in the Game.

I don't just teach real estate. I live it.

For over 9 years I've been one of the top real estate instructors in the business and unlike most professors, I'm also an active broker with 34 years in the field.

That combination is rare. And it makes all the difference.

Most exam prep is built by people who've never closed a deal. I've closed over 1,000 transactions and managed over 10,000 more. So, when I teach you what actually shows up on that exam and what your class never told you it hits different.

The Nutty Real Estate Professor. Real experience. Real results. Zero fluff.

Pass the Exam. Build the Career. I'll Show You Both.

Passing the exam is just the door. What's waiting on the other side is a business and most new agents have no idea how to run one. That's where I come in. I don't just prepare you for the state test, I train you to succeed in the real world of real estate. With 34 years as an active broker, over 1,000 closed transactions, 10,000 managed, and 9 years as a top instructor, I've built a complete roadmap from your first study session to your first closing and beyond. The exam gets you licensed. My training gets you paid.

The Nutty Real Estate Professor. Get Licensed. Get Trained. Get Successful.

Florida Real Estate Exam: Do This. Not That!

After 34 years in the field and thousands of students, I've seen the same mistakes over and over. Here's what's costing people their license before they even get started:

❌ Don't wait to apply for your state approval. The second you finish class, apply. Waiting makes you a statistic.

❌ Don't put the book down after class. You just spent weeks learning a new language don't let it go cold.

❌ Don't change your answers. First instinct wins. Every time.

❌ Don't pay to review your failed test. You'll only see the ones you missed, you can't take notes, you can't take pictures — and it costs a full test fee. Not worth it.

✅ Do drill the 1,000 questions at the back of the book.

✅ Do take 100 questions the day before your test.

✅ Do know Chapter 13 — the Closing Disclosure — cold.

✅ Do own your 7 math questions. That's all you need.

✅ Do embrace failure. Everyone fails. This business is built on no's. But when that yes comes? It's everything.
