The Florida Real Estate Exam has a pass rate of around 45–50% for first-time test takers — which means more than half of people who walk in unprepared walk out without a license. The exam is 100 questions and covers math, real estate law, contracts, financing, and more. The good news? With the right preparation it is very manageable. Yes, but creating a Zoom account is completely free and takes less than two minutes. Go to zoom.com, click "Sign Up Free," and follow the steps. Once you have an account, Rick will send you a meeting link before your session and you simply click to join. No special equipment needed just a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone. Add an answer to this item.

You can retake the Florida Real Estate Exam as many times as needed, but you must wait at least 24 hours between attempts. If you fail twice, you are required to complete additional education before retaking it. This is exactly why solid preparation before your first attempt saves you time, money, and stress. Most students are ready to sit for the exam within 2 to 6 weeks of focused study, depending on their background and how much time they can dedicate each day. Students with no prior real estate experience typically need more time, while those who have taken a pre-license course but want extra reinforcement can often prepare in 2 to 3 weeks with Rick's study guide and a few tutoring sessions. 

Yes. Rick is fully bilingual and offers tutoring sessions in both English and Spanish. All study materials are also available in Spanish. If you prefer to work in Spanish, simply mention that when booking your appointment.
