Florida Real Estate Exam: Do This. Not That!

 

After 34 years in the field and thousands of students, I've seen the same mistakes over and over. Here's what's costing people their license before they even get started:

❌ Don't wait to apply for your state approval. The second you finish class, apply. Waiting makes you a statistic.

❌ Don't put the book down after class. You just spent weeks learning a new language don't let it go cold.

❌ Don't change your answers. First instinct wins. Every time.

❌ Don't pay to review your failed test. You'll only see the ones you missed, you can't take notes, you can't take pictures — and it costs a full test fee. Not worth it.

 

✅ Do drill the 1,000 questions at the back of the book.

✅ Do take 100 questions the day before your test.

✅ Do know Chapter 13 — the Closing Disclosure — cold.

✅ Do own your 7 math questions. That's all you need.
